1. One of my biggest struggles with eating healthy is time! Will this program help me save time, so I have more time to do what I love?

3. There’s so much noise in the nutrition and food world! How do I know that the recipes are healthy?

That noise in the nutrition space is what I refer to as “infobesity.” It’s the overwhelming amount of conflicting nutrition advice, more often than not based on trendy diets and marketing schemes.

As a registered dietitian with a Masters of Science in nutrition, with a premedical undergraduate degree and years of biological research under my belt, I’ve spent years studying health and nutrition that’s grounded in research and evidence-based science.
