  • 30-Minute Phone Consult: This complimentary, no obligation call helps you make sure I am the right fit to help you reach your goals! 

    We’ll talk about your specific nutrition and wellness goals, what you hope to accomplish through personalized nutrition coaching, and we dig into how you are eating now- what’s working and what’s not working. 

    This discussion gives me the info I need to make sure that each coaching session is tailored to you, so I can give you specific strategies to feel and eat healthier, just in time for summer 😉

  • 60-minute Coaching Session: In this session together, I use what I know about nutrition and what I’ve discovered about your goals and habits to show you how to eat healthfully, more consistently and how to feel your best by summertime.
