  • 75-minute Coaching Session: In this session together, I use what I know about nutrition and what I’ve discovered about your goals and habits to show you how to eat healthfully, more consistently.  We’ll talk small tweaks you can make right NOW to eat a more well-balanced, satisfying diet without the need for a complete overhaul, and in very little time!  The personalized plan I create for you will allow you to envision how to create simple, quick, and balanced meals and snacks, with specific ideas and recipes, that will keep you satisfied.  Together, we will set goals that you can successfully accomplish to help you feel healthy, energized, and like you’re winning the day (and week).  I’ll guide you to achieve smalls wins that will lead to incredible, compounding results.  All this while I show you time-saving hacks and strategies to put more time in your schedule.  You know, to do more of the things you love.
