30-Minute Phone Consult: This complimentary, no obligation call helps you make sure I am the right fit to help you reach your goals! We talk about your specific nutrition and health goals, what you hope to accomplish through personalized nutrition coaching, and we dig into how you are eating now- what’s working and what’s not working. This discussion gives me the info I need to make sure that each coaching session is tailored to you, so I can give you specific strategies to feel and eat healthier.
75-minute Coaching Session: In this session together, I use what I know about nutrition and what I’ve discovered about your goals and habits to show you how to eat a balanced, healthy diet. We will talk small tweaks you can make right now to eat a more well-balanced, sustainable diet without the need for a complete overhaul! The handouts I provide will allow you to envision how to eat a healthy, balanced diet, and how to build meals and snacks, with specific ideas, that will keep you satisfied. Together, we will set goals that you can successfully accomplish to help you feel healthier and better.
30-Minute Follow-Up Session: This follow-up session is an amazing way to continue the process of reaching your goals. We will discuss what is working for you and what needs additional tweaking since our last session together. I’m your accountability partner, and this session will keep you on track to reaching your goals!
